Do not buy from this company. Seriously go anywhere else to buy softballs. I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and still don’t have my softballs. I contacted UPS and they told me they have to do an investigation. I contacted Rawlings a week after that and they told me to close the investigation so that they can start processing a new order.
I tell UPS the package never arrived but to close the investigation. I contact Rawlings and they tell me they can’t send me anything until the investigation is completed. Rawlings took my money and refuses to answer my emails or phone calls.
This company is operated by frat boys that couldn't deliver toilet paper to their own anuses.

Good ball service is not so good
The product is good but I received 11 of 12 balls. I called the next morning and they said it would be sent out immediately and it’s been 2 weeks know and haven’t received the ball shorted.
